Hi! I’m a product leader, currently the VP of Podcast Product at Spotify, which means that I oversee the teams who are responsible for building tools and features for podcasters and podcast listeners. I was also employee #1 at Anchor, which was acquired by Spotify in 2019 and now powers 80% of all new podcasts created in the world. I know, wild.
Before Anchor, I ran community and Hackers in Residence at betaworks, a VC firm and startup incubator where I got to help grow early stage companies like Giphy and Dots. While at betaworks, I co-founded a startup called Magic Numbers which made a short-lived but much-loved little app called Glitter. And before that, I was Aviary’s Director of Sunshine (actual title) and also a product manager; Aviary was acquired by Adobe in 2014.
In general, my favorite thing is working with a very early stage company, building a delightful product and high-functioning team, and doing whatever needs to be done to make it successful. What’s more fun than that?!
